SHARK episode 2
Where were we? Ah, yes, Kai and Mizuki did impressive job rocking the wedding and making Ichikas' heart flutter. She practically begs Mizuki to become new vocalist for SHARK but he shows nothing but shitty attitude combined with pride and rubs Homareda Pro card in her face while offending Kai and his band. Kai had enough and takes Ichika home and as they walk she thinks about someone telling her to reach for moon though she will probably never catch it.
Next day Kai tells guys about new vocalist and they are not happy. Especially Kenzo the Drummer. He walks out of practice urging everyone to start thinking about future. Ichikas' boss gives her another chance to land debut for SHARK. He thinks Brat Vocal has potential and if band wins on New Band Competition they will debut for sure. As she contemplates all this, her frenemy Okawa comes to poke her about signing contract with "that hot guy who could be idol" aka Brat Mizuki. Our Mr Diva wrote his resume(qualifications: You don't need any to"rock" Goals: I will destroy world and turn it to hell of rock with my music) and went to meet with his Homareda Pro guy. But gets sourly disappointed when he is offered to stand with guitar by idol called Karen. He does laughable job in making his way out. Ichika comes little bit latter to find out that Mizuki never signed after all. She finds him in the park and is so happy tha doesn't mind being called stalker. He gets annoyed and demands to know why other vocalist left if this band is so awesome. Her answer shuts him up. Not for long though cause when she hands him "Keep walking" cd he trows it in the pond. She slaps him. Go Ichika! Is that spine?! She berates him for treating music lie that when he knows how hard it is to make your own. It clicks with what Homareda Pro guy told him, that he knows nothing about how hard it is to make hit song cause he never made any. Ichika leaves making Mizuki feel like a douche. Keyboardist Ayumu and Second Guitarist Teppei talk about happenings and Teppei knows that Kenzo the drummer wants to go but also asks if Ayumu can say that he never though about same thing. He knows that Kai is working hardest patching the band and with his side job, practices and shows has little time to sleep. Indeed, Kai is working without rest so on the day of SHARKs show he collapses and doesn't hear his phone. Guys and Ichika are desperate, no vocals and no lead guitarist. Doors open. Kai wakes up and races to manage to the show. He tries to push trough the crowd but lights turn off and bend starts with Brat Mizuki as vocal. Kai stands frozen as Ichika notices him thinking how Mizukis' light creates big shade.
Did they offer Mizuki to debut with Fujii Karen? Like Fujii Ryuseis' sister Karen? Lol!
