Episode 1: Summer Love Begins
Decided to finally watch the Jdrama 'Slow Dance'. As a huge fan of Eri Fukatsu's acting and Tsumabuki Satoshi's hotness, I felt this was a must watch.
Once I learned the screenwriter was Etou Rin (Nodame Cantabile) I was immediately sold.
It's definitely a very character driven drama which some might automatically find boring but I utterly adore. The characters are likable and the dialogue is top notch. This episode was just introducing us to these people and their backgrounds so nothing exceptionally juicy happened. Yet my interest never wagered.
The first episode really drove home the idea of dreams. Where these people dreamed of being and where they actually ended up. It really struck a chord with me.
