SIFE
See? I can do basic illustrations! I've been working on SIFE much more so than other projects (read: gay porn and portoflio materials), so I thought I'd do a couple sketches of the presentation team. Such handsome young adults, aren't they?
I'm not entirely happy with all of the likenesses, but they're not so off that I'm ashamed. I did each person on a seperate 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.
I think this is one of the first times I've been successful at communicating ethnicity with nothing but black and white. Go me!
I think I'll send a copy to Kathy, our Sam Walton fellow, and see if she can think of anything to do with the images. They were really only warm-ups, but, if thye can be used for something practical, I'm all for it.
The team will be presenting in Kansas City. I'll be there from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday at some unknown time. If we stay for the finalists, I might be there until late. If we leave early, I might be home before noon. We'll just have to see how it goes.
