Friday, I got off work early so I met up with Arriane and had lunch with her at Red Robin. Then, later in the afternoon Noel came home and Arriane came over. We all went out to dinner at Moby Dick's and then went over to the Bizet's and hung out there till like 1 in the morning. They all played poker and I sat around and watched movies. Eventually I got bored and sleepy watching movies so I got up and took over Arriane's money and played poker for her. She was down and losing her money, but because I'm so AWESOME at poker I won her money back and I was up 2 bucks. GO MEEEEE!!!!
Saturday, I did absolutely nothing! At least it felt like I had done absolutely nothing. I slept in till about 11 am, and then I made pancakes for brunch. I bugged and bugged Noel to take me to Earth Treks to go indoor rock climbing, but he said no and no and no. So I gave up on that. Umm...we sat around and watch tv all day, and then in the evening we had a yoga session in our living room. Afterwards, I made amish friendship bread.
Sunday, I bugged Noel aaaaall day to take me to Earth Treks. Eventually I got irritated with him from saying no that I called little Matt to go, but he was going to see Alice in Wonderland. I wouldv'e asked Arriane, but she had a mid term to finish. I would've called Masha to come because I know she would have liked to do something like that, but she was sick, and I would've called Erynn, but I think at that point I got high and just gave up. Noel asked me what I was doing on my phone, I just smiled. He asked me "are you looking through your contacts to see who you can call?" Of course I just laughed it off and said "Man, either I don't have enough friends, or a mojority of my friends suck and aren't the outdoorsy type who want to try new things" Then I bugged Noel to take me and said "This is all your fault, you started this and now you've got to fix it! You got me into trying out rock climbing, I feel in love with it, and I want to go, so you have to take me!" I think he felt bad, but he's boycotting Earth Treks because it's $18 to get in, and the there are additional fees to pay if you need any equiptment to rent. I still don't see what the problem is, we've already got harnesses and shoes? The Rockville Civic center cost $10 and that includes ALL rentals, but the thing that sucks is their days and hours of operations are LAME! Tues and Thurs 7 pm - 9 pm. Like wtf is that about?! And the facility is really small, there aren't many routes and most of the are difficult. I mean yeah I can grab whatever hold I want and not follow a colored sticker, but it's more fun when you have a challenge like that, but I don't wanna start learning on something difficult. Earth Treks has more variety. Whatever, I just can't wait till it starts to get really warm out, then Noel and I will go to Great Falls.
So that was my weekend. Yet another lame and uneventful 'grown up' weekend. Fucking gay!
