What a weekend
I have to tell u all about it - whoever u all is because who knows who reads my lj because the only time anyone (other then my girlfriend) comments is to yell at me. Pshhh!
anyway!
Friday i left work early to go pick up Glo from school for the weekend. But first i had to make a quick stop by my house to pick up a small lil package i had awaiting me. yes thats right my wonderful girlfriend bought me a PS2! Im so happy! I love her sooooo much. She must love me too or else she just got sick of hearing me talk about how much i wanted one! :-) So then after i picked up go we went to Pet Smart where there is a humane society and we adopted a guinea pig. His name is Hickory. Well it was Shadow but her Cats name is shadow so thatd be wierd. But anyway..he is 2 years old and the cutest lil thing. He is all black. I wanted one with a lil more color but he was the first (and only one) we picked up and he just cuddled right up to us...we had to take him. So then we went shopping for him in pet smart. So he cost only $10 to adopt yet we spent over a $100 in goodness! :-) So then we left brockport and headed to Salamanca (because we were stopping for get a WONDERFUL Parkview Country Club sub for dinner. Mmmmmmmmmmmm! Then we went back to Glos house and unloaded. Set up the cage and just relaxed for the night. It was great. Then it became time for bed. I was exhausted it was such a LONG day! As we were about to fall asleep cousin Torr came home from a party (drunk as a skunk)and decided he wanted to talk. Which is always fine because hes a good kid and we love him.
Then Saturday we finally got up and showered and such and went to Salamanca because Glo wanted to get her hair cut (which looks beautiful as always) and we went to show her mom Hickory. He bit me once - i think he was pissed at us tho cause we kept draggin him around in a card board box in a car. He was sick of it! and he let me know. So anyway we hung out at Debs for a while and then left to take Hickory back to his cage where he just wanted to be. Then we just hung out for the day, played Crash Bandicoot and cuddled. I think that was it for the day...
Sunday Glo had to go back to school so we did a load of laundry and played some PS2 for a while then after the laundry finished we came out to Olean to drop off hickory (this was around 5) and visit with Jacinda and Catie. Jacinda really likes Hickory its cute. Then we left her around 7:30..went to Wendys to get some food cause we were hungry and then on the road again we were...
Sounds wonderful doesnt it! 2 more days and my dear will be home again...5 more weeks and and she will be home for the summer! YAY!! I love her i love her i love her! She makes me smile just at the thought of her. This is the BEST feeling in the world.
Oh and also...Hickory is fussy - he dont like to eat his pellet food. I dunno if this is a bad thing or not. He just does not like it! I dont understand! Im taking him to the Vet on Thursday just for a regular check up and maybe they can cut his nails too..im scared to right now cause i dunno where to cut them because they are black so i cant see the blood line inside. oy! :-/ But hes a good guy.
