Jennifer Connelly is talking to the foreman, played by Luiz Guzman, working on her house. She's interrogating him about his construction crew sneaking smoke breaks even though she really knows deep down that it's her husband who is smoking. Even though he's promised that he has quit.
Jennifer: I need you to be honest with me Javier. Because I can't have someone lying to me. To my face. Under my roof. On my time.
Luiz: That's a lot of prepositions.
Seriously, one of the funniest pieces of dialogue in the whole film. Actually, the entire conversation between the two of them is gold. I know I should be laughing at all the crazy and zany relationship troubles the women find themselves in, but, meehh! Give me grammar humor over jokes about dating mistakes I've yet to make any day!
winner!,
