More Wireless Whining
The roommate finally received a call from our wireless company. After promising to have it fixed by Monday, they are now telling us that we will not have wireless until tomorrow night at 8pm. >:-(
*sighs*
On a related work note, I am ready to smash my face in to a blunt object. I was supposed to be moved from my current department back in October. That fell through. My supervisor promised me it would just be a short period of time that I would need to stay and then I would be relocated. It is now close to the end of January. I am still here. We had two new hires come in yesterday which should have made me excited and happy. They would have to move me now! However, I am a wiser person now that I am a veteran of the university. Not all good omens will hold good results for me.
I was shown to be correct today with one phone call. New Hire #1 has already quit. 0.o That means I am left behind yet again to pick up the pieces for these people. Erghhhhhhh.
I just want it to be the weekend so that I may have wireless, the chance to catch up with my flist and no work for two whole days!
