another calm sunday
so the last two days of working at the grocery store, i call in..hehehe. they so didn't believe me when i said i wasn't feeling well.
tommorow i start my training for my internship. i gotta be there at 8 am...ugh. and the training is in tempe, so i'll have to get up at like 530 am. i'm nervous because i was reading some papers that they gave me and if you aren't up to the performance level they want w/ in 3 months, they give you the boot. eeep.
this whole weeks has been tiring having to shop for dress clothes for my new job and for some reason, all i came out with was one pair of slacks and two collared shirts. i'm cheap. guess where i got all that stuff. Old Navy. and everything was on sale. $19.99 for the slacks and each blouse was also that price. i got some other stuff during the week but it all got returned because i didn't feel right about what i spent. Less than 20 bucks for each item is more my style hehehe.
ooh..on another saving money note...i went to Toni & Guy to get shampoo and got the Oatmeal and Honey shampoo and conditioner..buy one get the other free. supposedly when i came in the promotion was over the day before, but the girl did it on accident and i asked her..whoa isn't it like $21 a bottle, because it was $21 for both..and she was like whoops and was gonna change it back, but i told her...you already got my hopes up and i saw it so you can't change it now. so i got both of em... they smell sooooo gooooood.
finally got to see chris cutie last night. hadn't seen him since our big arguement on thursday. he asked me last night if i wanted to go meet his family in New Mexico and Colorado during Christmas if i can take off from work...eeeee. i've never been to either state. now that i have a new job i don't know if i'll be able to take time off. boob!
