Yesterday was Thursday, today it is Friday
Last night I met up with Yichen and Tiff and XX for dinner at Mccawley's. I had a yummy, but kinda bland (I had to cover it with pepper) shepherd's pie. We keep meaning to go to the movies, but inspiration struck, and we went karaoking. We went to a really nice place where they had all of the most recent and popular songs. T and Y know a lot of newer hip hop stuff, and I'm a bit out of the loop on that. But XX and I had great fun singing Taylor Swift and Britney. Though I hate her new video with a passion, the song is actually really, really good and catchy.

Work has been super slow today. I spoke to a few students earlier, but mostly I've been watching videos on youtube while my GRE book stares at me all judgmental like.
At least today is April's birthday. We went out to eat for lunch, but the girl disappeared right when we were about to start, and we had to wait ages (or at least it seemed like it) for her to come back before we could eat. But now I have a little chocolate cake on my desk just for me!
Later, I'll take her out to get sozzled and leer at boys, but first she's coming over to my place and we're doing some Doctor Who marathoning, complete with wine and more cake. Yay!

Makeup bag: Mascara, eye liner/shadow, lipstick, lip balm, feminine products.
