This was posted in 50bookchallenge first, but since I love lists, a copy is going in my journal too, as will forthcoming entries. These are the 5 books I read in January, and I'm currently at #42 out of 100 books that I plan to read by the end of the year.

Same goes for me with Jane Eyre. I had midterms at the time and was busy studying, do I had to sneak hours of sleeping time away and read XD It still only took me a week full of studying and exams in which I finished it and it was such a lovely book!

Since I was still in Taiwan at the time, I gave my copy to a friend, because I actually should have another here in Germany.

It's such a great book and even thinking about it and reading what you said about it up there makes me want to read it again right away. ♥

Have you ever seen the 2007 I believe it was adaption? It's soooo good, it's what I watched first and then I went and read the books this April.

Luckily I was on break when I picked it up, and was able to read it in two days. I don't know what's better though. I love devoting myself to one book for a short time, but I also love stretching the pleasure out over a length of time.

And yeah, I adore that adaptation. I did the opposite of what you did. I finished the book and immediately netflixed it, then sat there squeeing over how excellent the actors were. *sigh* I want to watch/read it all over again.
