GWAMMA's W'il BABY!!
Yay.. tonight it was just me and my grandmum at home.. so I decided that I would make us dinner...
Little did I know that we had nothing to make for dinner.. so i litterally grabbed random items and threw them together and it ended up being DELICIOUS!
1 box stuffing mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 pound ground beef
1 tbs onions (finely chopped)
1/8 tsp black pepper/salt mix
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg
1 cup finely grated cheese
Heat oven to 375.
Mix stuffing, water and butter together. Take mixture and press into bottom of pie pan, saving 1 cup of the stuffing mixture aside.
Mix beef, onions, pepper/salt in pan, cook until meat is no longer pink.
Mix cooked beef mixture, ketchup, egg, cheese, and leftover stuffing mixture and spoon on top of the pie dish with stuffing.
Cooked around 25 minutes.
Yeah.. as crazy and random as that is.. it was actualy pretty good. I feel acomplished.
So I set the table and we sat and drank coffee and talked. Good times. :P
