SUNSHINE!!!!
YAY... spent time outside today, with Emily, Ellen, Emma, Michael, Jo, Charlotte and Ali... in the sun! YES! I love it! soooooooo much. The left side of my face hurts now as am slightly burnt, arms too... eak. But Ellen is worse lol. I want to spend as much time outside as possible.... revision outside, I think so!!! And yea... presentation work can be done outside.
Emily and I met up with Amy this morning for WS, but that didn't take long and by meeting up. I was like 15 minutes late and all I had to do was walk down the corridor. hehe.... the showers were cold. So no one really got to shower, some suffered the cold... I kinda did but didn't get my hair wet. Then towards the afternoon.... the water was yellow. People were working on it but they hadn't told anyone... grrrrr not even the porters. It was funny tho seeing people goin for a shower then complaining... altho Big Dick had a shower and I'd hate to be a guy havin a cold shower... I seriously hope he didn't shower when it was dirty, eak. Poor Ollie too... she had a cold one! I hate cold showers.... they suck. Unless you're like dying of heat... and even then they're not that cool (no pun intended)
So yea... we mainly watched Rugby (which I don't really like) but it was fun, we took food down for dinner. :)
Watched Strictly Dance Fever as per usual, omg the dances are amazing.... Stef missed it once again as she went to see Brokeback. Sigh. She liked it. And we just watched Greenwing, which was too funny. Ah.... I like nights in with friends.
It's going to be a busy term socially I'm feeling, lol, we're going out on Thursday definately for a meal and then to an Indie night. Then we've got a bar crawl coming up and a night out at The Friary and Revs. Then we're off to Walkabout to meet KARL KENNEDY.... how cool?!!? And there are tons more things we're planning to do.... oh, my poor wallet. AHHHHH!!!
Oh - more news for Laurel really.... a few of us are thinking about being Corridor Reps! How cool!?!? lol... that'll make Freshers Week amazing. Am really lookin forward to it. We talked to Ian about it last night and he said he had the most amazing time and that we should do it. So.. Emily, Ollie, Ellen and I are going to put our names in to do it together. Geordie, Michael and Abi have already put their names in lol... a few others are doing it, like Big Dick... the Sarah's and Kat might (not too sure). Hmmmm... but yea, the 4 of us.... that would be amazing. =D =D
Cannot wait to live in our house, even though the landlords haven't collected money from us yet... they're like a week late... hmmmmmm.
I've been downloading the most amazing songs in the world.... so I know have the best play list that ever existed. It's mainly downbeat songs, which some people would call sad... but I think they're just uber meaningful. I love music.
I've got cramp in my leg right now.... =( Lack of salt maybe...
And am talking to Sita, which I don't get the chance to do so much, which is kinda sad. Hopefully next year it'll be easier. I do realise that when am at Uni, I'm very cut off from my home life, even my immediate family... lol my parents are lucky to get a call or a text once a fortnight. And only the friends who are good at e-mailing, texting or ringing me stand a chance of knowing what's what - unless they read this.... but then, I don't pour my heart/thoughts out in words.... in case they get into the wrong hands lol.
I hope tomorrow is sunny, going to watch the rest of the sports. We're beating York, once again!!! WOOT!!
