People were watching out their windows during the fight....
My roomate has started acting very coldly towards me, and people in class shoot odd looks when they think I'm not watching.
The insident with the... B-blader, they called it, was broadcast all over the news. Mom called me to make sure I was okay. I didn't tell her that I'd been caught in the fight, but if the news follows this story, she may find out anyway.
I've heard rumors of fights starting around campus. I think some of the students are confirmed mutants. ...Some have turned up in class with fresh bruises, unexplained injuries. It seems like every time I turn around, there's another student gone from this or that classroom.
...Campus Security found my bag of books in the courtyard. They didn't find my purse. I guess one of the people from Cain's institute took it. I'm not sure whether to be greatful or angry. Security still found me, and questioned me. I didn't tell them who the people in uniforms were, or why they'd followed me that day. I said I ran away from them, and the B-blader showed up before they could do or say anything that explained what they wanted. Security hasn't contacted me more than that one time.
I'm not sure what I should do now. I don't know if their presence drew the B-blader. If it did, it's their fault these things are happening. If it didn't, they probably saved me from the machine. Either way, I suppose all the things going on now would have happened eventually. It's getting harder and harder for mutants to... be... anywhere.
