I had this whole entry written up and damn Win10 decided it was update time or whatevs. This royally pisses me off. I can tell you something... you would never get this on a tower pc. No, this fuckery is mainly affecting laptops.

The Canon T3i is a good beginner DSLR.   I have one I love it.  It's my baby.

YouTube has tons of photography tutorial vids too.

I like digital Rev on youtube lots of cool tips.

Ah I see, Canon's powershot is a good one to get, or the new mirrorless cameras are cool too. Even cell phone cameras have gotten good over the years. My samsung galaxy S4 takes pretty good pictures. I've always believed the best camera is the one you carry in your pocket or purse or bag. It's more important to learn how to use light and shadow to create that perfect shot. With the right lighting you can get good shots with any camera.

I am going to take an online course on Photography. I have this really old (the memory cards are these huge things lol) camera and it takes good pix but the battery life is abysmal. :-p

I'm partial to the canon, they make good cameras. Nikon is good too though.

I also love film cameras even though they are harder to find these days, Holga cameras are amazing.

I love b&w photos. I'll often edit my photos to b&w to me they look better then color in some cases.

I had a film camera eons ago. LOL The 3DS cam is not bad, it's not as good as the vita camera though. I will take some pictures with my 3DS which will be around next week.
