digital camera questions....
i am looking for a digital camera that will do good pics in a dark environment like a live show in a dark club at a distance.. the one i have does great within flash range, but if you turn the flash off or use it at any distance short of being within arms length of the stage, it introduces a shitload of RGB static into the black areas of the shot. i'm not too picky about brand or memory format etc, but would preffer it use something other than disposeable batteries due to environmental concerns, and it needs to be as close to or under $300 as possible, i know i'm not going to get professional results in that price range, but there has to be something better than the canon powershot sd1000 i have had for a year or so now.
