well, i did it. i conquered the first semester of architecture, and also a very severe case of the flu at the same time. that wasn't a very easy task, i thought i might never be able to move again. Which reminds me I really have to email my english teacher about why I missed our conference. He is so brutal and unforgiving, it's like you're just not allowed to be absent. not allowed to be sick. ever. they always tell you in high school in the real world you cant just be absent. bullshit. seriously. whatever happened to sick days? why dont i get sick days? I GET SICK.
oh well...hopefully itll all blow over. in a few weeks grades will be out and we will see. so for the next week almost all my work has lifted and i'm free to go christmas shopping and ice skating and frolic about new york in the freezing cold weather. i'm very excited for this. but not as excited as i am to get home to my favorite person.
