Sleep Woes

I've been having a very strange sleep problem. If I go to be early in an attempt to catch up, I just wake up that much earlier. This is no good. I'm feeling a little below full, and I have a few 5/6 hour nights I want to atone for, but here I am, getting up at 8:30 for no good reason at all. What gives?

Are you worried about things/do you usually get up at 8:30?

Well, I usually do now! Maybe make it to 9. Not worried about all that much, no. Things are generally sweet.

you can't catch up. other than that, it sounds like your sleep patterns are normal.

8:30 is nothing...lately I've been waking up early too, especially when I go to bed early...but waking up early is defined as before 6am, and going to bed early is defined as before 11...this morning I was so fed up with tossing and turning that I got up, saw it was 5:20am, and decided to just take a bath before my morning shower. I want sleep!!
