It's taking me a little longer than normal because I have to redraw so much. Are you able to clean raws like this? If you say no, I won't think anything less of you... ^^;;

I can definitely clean those! Maybe not perfectly to a T, but that's why clone tool is my best friend. After leveling and all that it should look pretty close. Plus, I have a lot of practice with redrawing because of my scanlation group's current project. xD

Personally, I find all of my Pokemon doujinshi on Yahoo! Japan Auctions. Though, there aren't any Green x Red doujinshi listed right now... v.v The closest there is is a Green x Fire (which is very freakin' close, but still) and a Green x Red x Hibiki doujinshi. Oh, and some Shigeru x Satoshi... Wheeeereeee is my OTP? D: And why is there so much N x Touya? It's a good pairing, but...! But...!

The clone tool is my best friend, too! I don't know what I'd do without it. It makes me happy to know you'll be able to cleans scans like that! If you can, you'll definitely pass the test to become a cleaner!

WHY WASN'T YAHOO!JAPAN IN YOUR LIFE BEFORE? That site is AMAZING! I've bought so many doujinshi from there...! Also, in case you didn't know, to buy from Japanese sites like that you need a middle man service. I use Shopping Mall Japan. ^^ But there are other ones, too.

Yep! Fire is the brown-haired Red from the remake games. Lots of people think they're the same person, but they're not... It's actually a little confusing, because there are technically, like, three Reds running around. Four if you count Ash/Satoshi. But the original Red shall always be my favorite!

The shipping just depends. ^^ As I said, I use SMJ, so the seller just charges for the shipping from them to SMJ's Japanese warehouse. Then SMJ will usually ship it free from their Japanese office to their American office. You then have to pay to get it shipped from the American warehouse to your house. It's a little confusing at first, but...

Yeah, middle man services can definitely be confusing at first. I think it's worth it, though! Of course, I only say that because of the doujinshi I've gotten because of them... xD SMJ has a bunch of FAQs and tutorials on their website, though. I'd pimp out other middle man services to you, but I can't seem to remember any of the others right now... I think one's name reminded me of a crescent roll or something. I dunno. Now I want a crescent roll...

Original Red is the best! The absolute best! Though, Special!Red and Fire are pretty awesome, too. I guess in the Japanese fandom people sometimes like to think of Fire as Red's little brother who constantly beats up on Red's Green for touching his brother. xD And then he'll go and be all tsundere and loving with his own Green. It's amazing.

I'm not sure if it's cheaper or not... I bought my last doujinshi for 980 yen. With the current 76 yen for every dollar rate, the 470 yen internal shipping, the $3 wire fee (that's how they roll in Japan), and the $5 commission fee it ended up being $27.10. Yeah... ;-; But it shall be worth it when I have my new Pokemon doujinshi in my hands!
