I leave for Ohio tomorrow. and by tomorrow I mean today (Friday), if you really want to get technical.

I will get back Tuesday.

I will pack for beach project on wednesday.

I will leave for project on Thursday in the wee hours of the morning. I'll be there for 10 weeks, so I'll be back August 8, I think.

Heehee Alright, I'll tell you, Amy. :-)
Beach Project is a 10-week trip to Panama City Beach, FL sponsored by Campus Outreach. The basic purpose of the trip is to help you grow (a ton!) in your relationship with God. You get a job to help pay expenses, working between 25-45 hours a week, and you get all this character, leadership, and bible training. You witness to people on the beach and have a discipleship group (it's like an accountability group), which is your room (you share it witth 3-7 other girls) and you have a room leader, who's also the discipleship group leader (or d-group leader, as it's more commonly called). It'll be my first time doing it this summer and I definitely recommend doing it if you can next summer, although I know you like to help out with the kids at Winshape. But I think taking one summer to do this is soooo worth it, even to miss doing stuff with those kids. It's very affordable...you can raise the support yourself (ask for donations, basically) or you can work for it all down there (also very doable).

THANKS VICKIE!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and I don't do Winshape anymore. They got a new girl's camp director last summer and she didn't want me. So this is my second summer not working there. Last year, I worked 2 months in the Registrar's office and 2 months at the Child Development Center. And this summer it's all in the office. Have a great time!
