ok we ended up with two more courtesy cars cos the 1st one started overheating... then we got the zaphira back! For all of two days! So the Zaphira went back to the workshop- where they plugged it into the diagnostic thingy (which they didn't do in the first place) and it says its this bit... so we ended up with a clunky Focus for the rest of the week until they worked out what had been wrong all along was... the trip switch on the cut out that feeds power to the Zaphira to make it run smooth was too sensitive!
