hmm another update...
I am sure, on this cold and wet holiday morning, most of you are still in bed nice and warm. I, however, am not. I hauled myself out of bed at 5:30 this morning and trudged through the icy rain to the WAC (Waterfront Activities Center, not to be confused with Sasha's WAC, the Women's Action Commission). Anyway despite being completely drenched and freezing I was a good little rower and helped get the oars ready and the boats down to the dock. (It can take up to half an hour to get the boats both in and out of the water.) But finally we were ready to row. We got in the boat, pushed off from the dock and ....the wind advisory alarm goes off...and we are back on the dock. No rowing today, we just practiced carrying the boats to and from the dock. =(
