so freakin happy =)
I just figured my life out!!! ok, well at least the next year of it. So I've been very concerned about getting my women studies degree; the requirements are really confusing. But today I was finally able to meet with my advisor and she told me I only need 4 more classes!!! One 2 credit seminar, one 3 credit fieldwork course, one 5 credit upper level course, and then my senior thesis! I started bouncing and screaming when I heard this and probably scared my poor advisor but I honestly thought I was like a million credits away from graduating. Since 2 of those classes I need are not offered til next spring I have a lot of room in my schedule for next year so...I think I'm going to go for a music minor! Which means I can take piano lessons next year!!! And I'll get a key to the practice rooms and I can do the symphony again! I'm so excited! Through all of my indecision here at UW and I'm still able to graduate on time. =P
My life has all of a sudden come together wonderfully. This summer I have the job at golden gardens, my volunteer work for women studies, and my trip to Italy in July! Then starting in the fall I'll finally get back to my music which I have missed so much. =)
And I am so in love with my bike. The best part of my day is the bike ride to and from class. hmmm I wonder if it is possible to ride my bike with my cello on my back...?
