DTB 2x11 thoughts; Hei x Yin sketch (to be coloured, maybe)
Behind cut.
Inspired by the gaidan trailer... The pairing of Hei x Yin... two souls bound by loneliness, forced to only have each other by circumstances, seeking comfort in the other. Perhaps that's how I see them at the moment. Maybe my view will be changed when we find out more about their relationship in the gaidan. I hadn't considered them as a pairing when watching season 1, that's for sure. (I rather liked the one-sided(?) Amber x Hei.) Till season 2. I was not so much surprised when Mao introduced Yin to Suou as "Hei's woman", but curious rather. So, it's canon, and a pairing I don't mind. Enough reason to draw them. :D

KEYBOARD SMASH! 11 was ♥~~ Is 12 really the last episode? T__T It always feels too fast with DTB. I remember thinking it didn't feel we were approaching the end at season 1's ep 24 too. *cough* and we really ended season 1 with lots of unresolved questions anyway... I wonder how it'll be like for season 2.
That the Papa who died is the copy - an opposite to my theory that I hadn't thought about. Interesting. So is the price still the use of legs? Did Shion create the copy that died moments before the attack?
Memory 2 years ago = fabrication. Hence, mystery of confusing timeline solved. Yay~

I wonder if the whole Izanagi and Izanami thing was already conceptualised from the beginning of season 1? They mention that the leak of the prediction was the cause of Heaven's War... but I don't really remember hints of them or the prediction in season 1.... was there? Of course, it might be that I've forgotten. But I think it would be even more interesting if it had been among the unresolved details getting answered now.
Mao and Madame Mystery are LOVERS. Wow, that was unexpected. XD
Mao says Hei blames himself for Yin's change. I wonder what happened. Is it in that gaidan DVD? I wonder when it's coming out?... Edit: *found trailer* "A new enemy, and the moment of awakening presses close." - from the trailer. So the gaidan will be about the awakening of Yin to become Izanami~~? 27 Jan 2010... is so far away!! T_T though of course, it can only be released after season 2 is over if it's about the "evolution" to Izanami. I LOOK FORWARD TO IT!!
