fiesty feline
Some of you may know that I've wanted to adopt a dog for sometime, pretty much since I moved into my house. So as we do almost every Sunday, Ben and I went to a Pets Mart adoption, Furburbia and then finally the Humane Society. I'm looking for a small dog, and there weren't a lot of choices. At the humane society we always take a look at the cats and kittens too. I'm not really a cat person the way Ben is, but I've started to take a liking to them.
In one of the bottom cages the most adorable kitten caught my eye. Next thing I knew I was taking her out of her cage and she was chewing on my hair and cuddling with me. So I naturally had to have her.
She's got a little kitten cold, so she's still on medicine and is being quarantined, but she’s so sweet and playful. I just adore her.
I can't think of what to name her, though.
So far my ideas have been:
Neko- Japanese for cat
Natsu - Japanese for summer
Anyone else have any suggestions? They don’t have to be Japanese.
