i had a boss gig last night in, of all places, corby. i talked about the band raging speedhorn (they are from corby, dontcha know?), cage fighting, the fact that we have a senior minister whose name is ed balls, mentals from school, and my dad's wedding. there were loads of people, including loads of young people, and everybody there seemed really nice. my friends gary delaney and sarah millican and stuart wilde and hannah dunleavy and elaine were all also there so it was a delightful evening. not bad when i had expected there to be about 6 apathetic people at the gig. i couldn't sleep last night because i was still really excited and pumped about the gig.
and now, i'm off to edinburgh. 10.22am train, arrive about 4pm huzzah! i expect to blog from edinburgh as dean will most likely hack into someone's wireless network.

p.s i bought the kate nash album yesterday. my first impression is that the songs are a delight but that it is severely overproduced.
