(no subject)
Grand Bend was tons and tons of fun. We went up Friday, watched the sunset and then celebrated Canada Day at coco's right, as we always do! Ironically, we ran into Paul from last year, it was hilarious. Keighty and I just looked at eachother and I was like wait a second... I know that face! So we hung out with him for awhile, still a good guy...bought us each 2 drinks lol. And then we danced the night away complete with the sprinkler.
Right now I'm completely obsessed with Halloween.
DJ is flying me down October 27-31. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yesssssssssss. So we're gonna have a costume party Saturday and we're trying to decide on a costume.
The top contenders are:

)
I of course want to do Mario and Princess but that frickin Princess costume is $64.00!!! I'm thinking it's possible I could go to a thrift store and find a pink poofy dress, hot glue some jewels on it and be set...Go to Wal Mart and get DJ some overalls and white gloves lol. I mean it's like 4 months away, but I get obsessed with things like this!
We got DJ and Justin a SUPER cheap hotel here THANK YOU SO fucking much to Sandy and Ann. After taxes it'll probably be about $175 for 4 NIGHTS! That's as much as one night at that hotel. God dang. I think I'm gonna call the hotel in Cleveland today or tomorrow and just try to put it on a courtesy hold instead of putting it on my credit card. :) I can't wait!!!
Tickets for the Detroit, Columbus AND CLEVELAND 311 shows were on fucking sale for $18 this weekend. I PAID $47.50 FOR MINE like a week and a half ago!!!! I'm glad DJ and Justin and Erin all saved money but goddamn, I would've loved to too! Oh well. And I didn't get tickets for the Detroit show because I'd much rather go to Cedar Point. God do I love Cedar Point!
I did Pilates this morning...I've done so awful working out since I've been back from Florida. Which by the way I've only been home for 2 weeks(tomorrow)and it feels like it's been 9 months. Ridiculous! Hopefully time starts passing fast again, even though I have virtually nothing going on for the entire month of July.
Volunteering at Children's was awesome! It was fun, I love kids so much. And some of the families are so hilarious, which I'm sure will just get even better! I'm very excited about it though and this Sunday a Child Life Specialist will be there so hopefully I can talk to her. Well, I've got like 7 weeks, so I just hope to talk to one before I head back to school!
Nothing else. I love life.
