Christmas Wishlist 8D
kohoho showed me this at her friendslist and I thought that this is a very cute idea x3 it would be nice if some ppl from my flist would post something like this too...maybe I can give one of you something nice for Christmas <3
Step One
-- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
-- If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves)
could get in touch with you.
-- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ so that the holiday joy will spread.
Step Two
-- Surf around your friendslist (or friends' friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
-- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.
There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just... wish, and
it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the
joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
My Wishlist (in no particular order):
1. Yarn !! and everything that has to do with crochet ! as some of you know I love to crochet...mainly amigurumi but I've also started making easy hats and stuff like that recently x3 I'm very happy about yarn of any kind and color...I love yarn and I can't pass a yarn shop without going in and buy something XD; I also like to have books about crochet (basics, amigurumi, clothes...whatever you want me to give x3 ask my contact person for what books I already own) or everythin else that is usefull x3
2. Wristwarmers, Legwarmers, Socks, Hats, Scarfs, Hair Accessory ! *-*
3. K-pop related stuff ! mainly from Shinhwa, H.O.T, SS501, Super Junior, TVXQ (ot5, JYJ, HoMin), B2ST ! everything will do...it depends on you what you want me to give <3
4. J-pop related stuff! mainly Arashi and Kanjani8 ! everything will do...it depends on you what you want me to give <3
5. Baking/Cooking stuff ! I love to bake and cook ! I mainly love cooking korean and japanese so I'm very happy about korean or japanese ingredients bc they are kinda hard to buy here x,x but I also love to get usefull cooking and baking items x3
6. Art stuff ! I love to draw and paint and I love to get everything !! Polychromos, Copics, Aquarell, Acryl, Pencils...whatever you can think of...also paper and yeah...XD I'm also happy about used stuff that is no more needed by it's owner =)
7. Decorations ! I love those cute little (mostly japanese) decoration stuff...little figures and stuffed animals and things like that. Disney related stuff is very welcome too ! If you don't know what I'm talking about you can also ask my contact person for more info ! ;) also phonestraps, and keycharms and stuff like that^^
8. self-made things ! I love love love love love when someone makes something only for me ! like drawings, amigurumi (or something else that is crocheted or knitted), something sewed (like little stuffed animals or something like that) self-made jewlery, fanfictions and so on. the more creative and the more cute it is the more I like it x33 <3 for fanfcitons you should ask about what I like^^
9. Letters, Postcards, preferable hand-written ^^ I of course love to get a letter together with one of the other things, but I'm also about letters and postcards only ! I love getting letters <3
10.Sweets !! I love sweets...especially korean and japanese sweets ! (choco pie *-----* but there are also other things I really love x3 ask my contact person for this again)

another thing...I know that some of you are doing a christmas card exchange...but since I wasn't around lj that much the last few weeks I haven't commented at any entry regarding this exchange and now I'm to lazy to look through all the entries..so yeah...
what I wanna say is, if anyone is interested in getting a card from me or in sending me a card...feel free to comment here , or write a pm with your adress ^-^
