You are making me want to watch NCIS. I have a soft spot for Ducky and I haven't even seen the show.

“DiNozzo.” It was a warning, hissed softly by Gibbs, and resulted in the abrupt release of Jack’s hand.

Bwah! Love that reversal of the Doctor's frequent, "Jack."

:) Ducky's great!

Gibbs has a pretty similar relationship with DiNozzo as the Doctor does with Jack, except there are more headslaps

Bwah! I'm all in favor of headslaps. (Uses SGA icon for a reason.)

I always do wonder a bit about what the actors think about them. Especially Michael Weatherly (Tony) whose slapped over and over again each episode.

Glad you liked it! I might do another crossover between these fandoms one of these days

I'm trying to imagine now just how much trouble Tony and Jack could get into together...

Quite a lot I should think! And the combined flirting quotient would be off the scale.

The amount of flirting from those two could probably make someone explode.

I enjoyed this immensely. It crosses two of my favorite fandoms. The voices for the characters were spot on, loved Ducky by the way and he tends to get pushed aside in a lot of fanfic. Also, thought you gave decent weight to each fandom. One of my pet peeves about crossovers is when the writer makes one fandom primary, while the other fandom is just there to add background or sing the praises of the other group. You didn't do that.

Would enjoy more. Hoping someone pursues a longer storyline crossover between these two sets of people someday. I can so totally see them meeting aboard a "haunted" ship. Hey, maybe a rewrite of Chimera. Anyway, Thanks for this!

One of these days I might write a massive crossover between the two shows, they don't merge as easily as some of the other crossovers I've written but I think the potential is certainly there.

Glad you liked it! :)

Yeah, I can see what you mean by them not merging easily. For one thing, Gibbs is top dog, and Jack, for all of his laid back attitude, is top dog. Now, I'm picturing that scene in Meat with Rhys, but I can't see Gibbs being comfortable with Jack saying, "This is very homoerotic." And how would Jack take a head-slap? ::snerk::

However, thinking about it, I'm really having a good laugh now. ::grin::

Jack would not accept the headslap graciously. Little snippet stories would (like this one or my previous Ducky & Jack one, The Autopsy Table) but for a longer story, where they'd have to interact over a longer period of time, I think it would face issues
