Yay! I'll bookmark *g*. But really - perhaps you should email it to the show's writers judging by the doubling up *ggg*. makes me wonder if Gibbs doesn't just make it all up as he goes along....!

Sadly, I really don't think it occurs to the writers to keep track of this sort of thing. Although, you may have a point about Gibbs just coming up with them as he sees fit.

I really do think it's something Gibb's comes up with as he goes along. And the Scooby Gang has enough common sense not to tell him he's repeating himself/doubling up.

IIRC, in flashbacks Mike gives Gibbs the two duplicate rules.

Really? I missed that. Although, to be honest, my attention tends to wander when Franks in on screen
