He's just got a pile of potions he's been giving to everyone.

Which might not be anytime soon, unless he finds out Maraich is a man WHILE he's pregnant. Maraich assumes people know he's a man.

Eeeexactly! And when he does find out, Vash is probably going to be going "... BUT YOU'RE SO PRETTY!!!" for a few days afterwards. It'll be great.

Oh! Those kind of potions! Awesome! Vash will probably think it's a normal drink or something and use it up immediately, but it's the thought that counts! |^D

Maraich will probably mention it. Potions are a new thing to him, too. They sounded like a great (and easy) idea for presents.
