Apparently, if I'm not thinking and put a decimal point and a number in the name of my saved files, Photoshop CS4 can't retrieve it.

There's 2 days work down the drain.

That's CS4 for the PC.

Try taking the file extension off of the file completely. You'll get an error message when you next try to open the bugger...but sometimes when you rename the file after getting the "no extension" error...it works. Or if you have it...try "place"ing the file in Illustrator...then resave.

Also...check Adobe's website for an update. I think they fixed that bug.

Already tried variations on Option 1 to death before you replied. No go. Will Check Out Option 2 at Adobe's Website after Star Trek.
