(no subject)
Only the third day of class, and I'll tell you I am ready for winter break already. All my classes are getting pretty tough. Not to mention only one of my professors is a an english speaker. The other three are from Iran, Colombia (the country, not the university) and India? Sometimes it really frustrates me when I can't understand them because I hate teaching myself these subjects that I clearly don't understand. Like physics for instance. There aren't any SI sessions for physics 2, which means since I can't understand the teacher I'm on my own,
The apartment is pretty good. It's still only three of us, we never got a 4h roommate, which could potentially change, but we don't know yet. So it's Lizzie, Sarah and myself. It works pretty well because we all kind of do the same things: we hang out with our boyfriends, and do some school work. And we're all relatively neat. Except for Lizzie who is a neat Nazi (I'm kidding!... Kinda).
This weekend should be pretty fun if everything pans out. Mark is coming up since it is a long weekend. We have our first football game this weekend, which I will go to if I get a ticket from the student lottery. And if I do we will buy Marky Mark a ticket. We also want to use my last two Universal tickets at some point, and maybe go bowling on Sunday with JR. Could be pretty fun. OOOOH maybe a labor day BBQ anyone? Lemme know!
