ok so this challenge is er, challening. kinda not really. i just dont see how people keep going. that extra step where that other person does 21 minutes where i give up at 18. what drives that other person. sure i had drive at 10... "okay katie five more" then at 15... "ok katie. push yourself. you want that body. if ya quit now your a loser." then i quit. is it what i ate today? is it my personality? how can push myself... at anything?! cause come to think about, i give up fairly easy or take the easy route out (or the more the friendlier). i settle for something that is what i orginally wanted. this whole thing is silly. it better work.
