HALP PLEASE ALL PEOPLE IN THE KNOW TECH-WISE (or Tech-no, see what i did there??)

Anywho.  I bought my dad a Zen Stone Mp3 player a little while ago.  I've downloaded the software stuff for it, but all the music i have is in Itunes Format (the wrong format)  how do I get it into a format that my Dad's Mp3 player can understand?

This is driving me crazy.  Any help much appreciated.
