Distraction
I've been helping Hannah with her show installation, lots of Audio/Video setup, woodworking, and general computer tech. I've been spray painting and doing various dirty work with her, and have been making excellent use of my old Navy coveralls (it's great to just wear them as another set of clothes). My latest distraction is a Drunk Jeff Goldblum Internet Video Meme.
Some crafty fellow discovered that slowing Jeff Goldblum 30% while preserving the pitch creates the wonderful effect: he seems really, really drunk.
It has something to do with his speech patterns, he speaks fast and has a slight stammer. Slowing this down takes him from that "witty tech savvy" tone and transforms him into a slobbering drunk.
Brilliant.
