So me and a few friends have decided to do our own "biggest looser" but without the humiliation. I personally looked in a mirror at my profile recently and noticed that I have a very large hanging gut. It wasn't as if I was surprised, I know I'm a fatty... but it was just a bit shocking to look in the mirror and see a medium beach ball of fat hanging over my belt.
-My current weight is 332.4 pounds (it is 1am and I had a large dinner, but alas).
-Waist size is 50
-Chest is 58
-Neck is 24 1/4 (shirt size)
My general life has been getting more labored. The smallest actions are difficult... One flight of stairs and I'm winded. I can only fight for a little bit before I take a long break and If I got into an actual fight right now, my only hopes would be to fall on them I fear.
This isn't a pity party or a cry for help, it is a way for me to track my progress in becoming healthier. I'm not going to set goals or limitations beyond cutting out soda and junk food.
My Plans as of right now:
-Cut down on soda and coffee... water is just as good.
-Cut OUT fast food... harder than it sounds.
-No more elevators for one floor... take the stairs fatty.
-Fight harder and longer at Dagorhir.
-Walk a bit everyday... maybe to class and back when it gets a little nicer. Anything to get moving and out of this chair in front of my safe and compelling computer.
-Reinstall the W.o.W. time manager. Limit my playing time to a few hours a week. ((this will help with school too))
-Eat smaller meals more often.
And the big one... Drum roll...
Smoking
I'm not going to quit right now, but as a present to myself for reaching either 300lbs or 46 waist will be to stop smoking so I can continue to be active and keep changing myself into the body I want to have.
I will be posting a picture every day generally to map my progress of loss and change. I will post a weekly one here and the daily to my photo-bucket account. I will post the link to the album after it is created.
You can reply here if you want, but if you really want to motivate me, come and walk with me, call me and go swimming, buy me an elliptical machine, slap me if I'm drinking soda or whining about wanting KFC*.
Thanks,
Seth / Rowan
