That was probably because of Namine's chip coming out.

She's a...she can change people's memories. She couldn't control things for a few days.

Please...if it's all better now, don't give her too hard a time about it. She didn't mean to.

Oh... yes, as far as I know! I didn't hear anything about people getting hurt... Just their memories being tampered with...
