School Report
Because school-is-cool and all that. B-|
Anyhoo, I finally chose a topic. The required theme was Cause or Effect--choose the cause/effect (only one) of something and write a 5-7 page research paper on it. I eventually decided on doing "Cause of People's Belief in the Supernatural"--ghosts in particular. :D Pretty much every culture on Earth has ghost legends in one form or another--does this imply that ghosts actually are real? If not, why are ghosts so widespread throughout popular culture and religion?
Originality is a bonus on this--most kids were doing something on drugs, or alcohol, or something medical. But me, I have the entire school library's stock of ghost books at my disposal. >:D There's more literature about it in our little Lutheran-school library than you might think. So I checked out about half a dozen. I'm pretty psyched--I've been reading up on this stuff anyway.
Before anyone asks (see that? That's me pretending that people read this), I'll say I don't know whether ghosts exist--haven't seen anything concrete one way or another. Maybe, maybe not. *shrug*
