For the last few weeks, I have been treating a patient with strong suicidal tendencies; he is usually looked over 24/7, and even then he has managed to poison himself. Twice. A man with such a strong necessity to die should be put out of his suffering, and yet I've been forcing his emotions in order to keep him from hitting his head against a wall until it explodes. Why, you wonder? Turns out this man is a dangerous serial killer, and he had captured and possibly killed over a dozen of people before being captured, but the bodies are nowhere to be found. I was initially called by NYPD to profile him and facilitate the interrogation, but his mind is in such a state I needed to move him to my study, where I can use more particular techniques.
I'm getting sick of him though.
Should I keep on going? Or give up and send him away? I have a reputation to take care of, as well, and that is what is keeping me from killing the man myself.

Circe, Charon...Pseudologos.
Suggestions on any drug that could allow me to put my patient in a more receptive state of mind?
Anyone else is free to speak their mind, as long as it is regarding the subject proposed, of course.
