I have seen Horatio in love with Ophelia who is in love with Hamlet who is in love with Horatio but can't do anything about it because she has to maintain her disguise as a boy to provide an heir to the throne. I have seen Hamlet be BFFs with Fortinbras. I have seen Laertes and Gertrude conspire against Hamlet. I have seen Hamlet kill Claudius by setting fire to the room where he is passed out drunk. I have seen Horatio with a dog. And a spear.
