Stephen King quote-ish thing...
When Kayla and I left the mall, she let me borrow one of the two Stephen King books she got. She gave me one with 14 short stories. Ive only read two so far, but at the end of each one he puts in a little commentary. It tell about how he intensely disliked the previous story, and at the end of that commentary he puts:
"This story is proof that writers are often the
-worst- judges of what they have written."
I quote this because I think it applies to so many people I know, and even myself, in a big sense. Whenever I write something, Im always told "Its good" or "I like these lines" blah blah but no one ever believes praise their given. No one. I hate everything Ive written, and Im sure everyone who told me its "good" does too. Oh well. Just thought it was a very applicable quote. :)
