well i thin kyou udner estimate everyones gramma ability, people just don't give a shit ont he net when its sociable stuff that isn't going to get published. And there has always been people with poor gramma, litracy rates have greatly gone up in the last 100yrs. Your welcoem to your opinion, but you can't bitch at someone elses gramma really when they can write it how ever they like, if its that badly written then no one would bother reading it.
