Of course one cannot buy a miracle, but a scroll with a spell on it may perform in a way that looks like a miracle.

What do you need a scroll for?

Normally it would be entirely unnecessary, but with my reduced powers, having a magic scroll does decrease the amount of effort I have to put into my spellcasting if I need to cast the spell written on it. Unfortunately, it disappeared when I returned to the Barge.
