Miss Bastet, Mr. Stoneface, I was wondering if I could speak with the two of you. Upon joining the Guard not long after my arrival, I realized that it was definitely the kind of work I was cut out for, however I feel that my abilities are not being used to their potential currently. I would like to request an interview for one of the available positions on the Watch, now that I have been in the Sphere for several months. I have received a memory confirming that I was, in fact, a law enforcement officer in my previous life, and therefore I seek a position that is more closely tailored to my skills.
I don't plan to quit the Guard; I would like to be considered for the Watch in addition. I believe I am capable of handling the responsibility--both physical and mental--of holding down a position in both establishments. Please let me know if this would be acceptable, and what steps I might need to take to facilitate this endeavor. Thank you!
