humm I have not received much response to the request for updated e mail addresses for my address book. send me an e mail using the donsilvercat address replacing the 3 with a 75.
Things are a little better health wise. Glucose was 114 this morning. Will take a lowdose tablet tonight and it should be around 100 in the morning. Had a vegetarian supper.. did not plan it that way... just sort of happened. I had a large salad and planned to have a chicken sandwich later but somehow never got around to the sandwich. Maybe it will be for tomorrow or the next day or...
