Just Why?
I think a Part of me has just died...
I think I've put up with a lot regarding all the new sonic games, and I've been a good sport. I enjoyed playing Sonic Adventure 2 even though it has so many problems. I Played Sonic Heroes to the very end with all the hatred and anger (and hated the voice acting with burning passion).
I ... I don't want to believe that Sonic Advance 2 is a game ... Sonic Rush Was good ... but to easy... and short... Sonic Rivals for the PSP was a fun game to play, but could of done without the all the Racing, it also is soooo empty once it's finished (not even a crappy super sonic appearance).
I played all of Shadow the Hedgehog, it fix problems and created new ones and now the character makes so sense.
I played "SONIC THE HEDGEHOG" (Sonic Advance 3), and even with the many, many bugs I can appreciate it because it's like the only real good 3D sonic Game, "Sonic Adventure".
Now I experienced all these sonic game with some what of a twitchy smile on my face, being the fan that I am of the series, Sonic The Hedgehog being the first game I've ever played and made me really get in to the concept of drawing and creating game.
but the most recent one for the WII ... Sonic and the Secret Rings ... I think thats it really, I can't really do this any more. Watching Angela play was really enough, oh sure playing it my self would give be a better understanding or do what I normally do and FINISH a game before really giving my opinion ... but when you give a MOTHER FUCKING "SONIC GAME" A MOTHER FUCKING STATUS AND A FUCKING LEVELING UP SYSTEM is when your taking the FUCKING PISS.
I just started to reflect on everything that I put up with and everything that even after this rant what I will put up with, and even with this "going game to the original", I think they have completely lost the point...
ALL you need to do to make a fantastic Sonic game, I make "SONIC RUSH", add 7 more levels, make "Super Sonic" playable in the levels, and add lost of quest and mini game objectives in each level IF you want to, like "Sonic Rivals". but you know what there going to do for the next sonic game? your going to buy the game and it's going to have a tracking device in the case with no game, this is so SEGA can come around and take a shit on your head just so you can experiences the full power of there next game without actually having to play it.
