Also, this was my first weekend being a manager at the Theatre. It went rather well, actually. Nobody got in trouble! Hmm...coincidence? Only time will tell! Ooooo! Actually, the weekend was pretty fun. I managed to get almost all of my Powerpoint slideshow finished for Comp Sys Troubleshooting, and it turned out really goofy. I mean really. During work, I'd play around with the coworkers and we'd throw hurtless insults at one another while I was filling their soda orders. It was fun times. Saturday night was the final showing of The Benchwarmers here in Cove. I think it's the best movie I've seen in some time...considering I haven't watched too many movies in some time. However, it's a great movie, and I laughed throughout the entire thing. Lots of geek references! So, since it was the last show, we decided to do a bit more for the skit. I ended up doing a longer dance as Raggedy Andy, which included some of the dance from both Beat It and Thriller. The crowd loved it. We were actually the first skit to receive applause! Man, it felt great.
Even greater than Saved By The Bell on adult swim. That's just...awkward. Somewhat cool, but it brings back the whole, "Wow, I watched this when I was 6, and I didn't like it back then!" feeling.
For my slideshow presentation, I think I'm going to do it in the style of Mad Money...y'know...Jim Cramer's show? He's a loon, a complete madman. It's gonna be sweet!
