Another Overdue Update
Erm, I have lots of things that have happened, but frankly, I can't be fucked writing about them. Started new job, it's ok. Could be better, could be worse. Missing people in Wales, missing people in Yorkshire, still waiting to hear from Canada about Berta and the baby. Poor girl has been in slow labour since Sunday!
Still no hot water, still no internet/TV/phone. And now no heating because the plumber took the boiler apart before he realised that the part he brought wasn't the right part. I had to go all the way to Soho to Matthew's work last night to have a shower there. Boo hiss. But robbed lots of Quality Street & Diet Coke from the reception. Took a load of storage boxes that they were throwing out, and was gutted when a box full of trouser coat hangers (proper good ones, wooden with rubber coated grips) that had been put out for the rubbish had gone by the time we'd got back. I had my eyes on them! But free shower, coke, chocolate & boxes ain't a bad haul for a nights work I guess.
Just had some fantastic news...Fanny Onions is coming to visit me in LANDARN! She's coming down on the 17th and then she's coming back with me on the 19th to Cardiff for the virology Xmas do :D

Ah this has improved my mood considerably. :D
Also, not long now til PARTYGEDDON, the event of the month! Weekend after PARTYGEDDON, I believe it is Team Awesome on the Friday, then Maff's work do on the Saturday. Now this is quite exciting, as a) partners are invited (whoop!), b) it's in this posh bar: Mint Leaf Lounge c) last but not least: FREE BAR....
Weekend after is back in The Diff for the old works do, then it is off back up to The Donx for some guys 2008th birthday or something ;) Speaking of Jesus, I had the radio on the other day and found some Jesus channel...they have a Holy Ghost Hour every Wednesday! Holy Ghost Hour... Best thing I've ever heard...apart from the girl at my new job who is called Fanny Garcon. Almost, almost beats Tiffany Onions, but not quite.
Now I'm going to carry on with the epic task of unpacking my life.
