U - Unique habit? I don't eat anything that comes out of the sea. I didn't used to eat red food because red=danger, but I've made myself get over that. I don't like eating meals where food that should be separated isn't, and I eat my Sunday dinner in a strict order. I don't like different textured food being mixed, and I eat my cereals dry because I don't like milk or soggy food. I have a lot of food rules.
V - Vegetable you refuse to eat? None, but I can't stand bananas. They stink and are mushy.
