Montreal trip
Scott and I just returned from Montreal. We had a really nice time. We drove down and back with my brother who works in Montreal but lives here in Ottawa, and stayed with Scott's brother. We did some touristy stuff like going to St Joseph's Oratory and walking all over Mont Royal including the big lookout. We also did some shopping, mostly window shopping all over the downtown district. We also bought me a new pair of Docs at the Doc Marten flagship store which is great since I ve been looking for a new pair here in Ottawa for months without success. Then we went to Henri Henri the hat store and bought me a snazzy new black hat. We also were at the site of the big sinkhole on St Catherine with the backhoe fallen into it shortly after it happened, it was all cordoned off and we had to go out of our way to get around it. One night we saw the movie The Smurfs, it was alright. Looking forward to the next time we go.
